Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all agreements between Landgoed De Meerberg and its guests, tenants, and participants. By making a request or booking, you agree to these terms.

Reservations and cancellation

Reservations are final once you have received a written confirmation. Cancellations are confirmed by email; costs depend on the timing of cancellation and are communicated with the quote.

Use of the location

You use the rooms, materials, and grounds as intended and with respect for the environment and other users. Damage or loss due to careless use will be charged.

Liability

Participation in activities is at your own risk. Landgoed De Meerberg is not liable for injury, damage, or loss, except in cases of demonstrable intent or gross negligence on our part.

Complaints

We would like to hear if something is not to your satisfaction. Report complaints within 14 days via email, and we will look for a solution together.
