Trainers and organisations rent our rooms in blocks from four hours. Morning, afternoon and evening are each a 4-hour block, a full day is two blocks. During that time the room belongs to your group, from setup to clearing away.
The estate is at Meerberg 1A in Teteringen, on the edge of the Vrachelse Heide between Oosterhout and Breda. Behind the rooms lie 3 hectares of fields, so an exercise outside costs you no travel time.

What the room rate does not cover.
Lunch and further catering, a sound system and extra technical equipment are charged separately. Staying overnight on the estate is not possible. The rest of the day, from coffee to the use of the fields, is part of the rental.
Lunch with the training.
The kitchen works with vegetables, fruit and herbs from the kitchen garden and the food forest. Vegetarian is the basis, meat or fish comes on request. Pass on diets in advance with your request.
To catering
Outside belongs to the room.
The terrace is 300 m² with long tables and partial cover. Next to it lie 3 hectares of fields and paths through the woods. A walk in pairs after the theory fits within the same block.

A time block is 4 hours: morning, afternoon or evening. A full day is two blocks. Several blocks on one day can stay in the same room.
The 70 m² Training Room holds up to 20 people in theatre setup, U-shape or work islands. The 97.5 m² Quiet Room also holds up to 20 people and works without tables.
Wifi, coffee and tea, beamer or screen and a flipchart belong to the Training Room and the Meeting Room. Use of the grounds and about 40 parking spaces are included as well.
Lunch and further catering, a sound system and extra technical equipment are separate from the rental. You tick them in the request form and they return in the proposal.
Yes. The rooms come with 3 hectares of fields, a 300 m² terrace and a 50 m² covered area. Groups use those for exercises, breaks and a circle conversation.
From the A27 take the Teteringen exit to Meerberg 1A, 4847 NA Teteringen. By public transport take the bus from Breda Central towards Teteringen, then walk about 15 minutes.
