Landgoed De Meerberg values the protection of your personal data. In this statement, we explain how we handle the information you share with us via the website, forms, or by email.

What data do we process?

We only process data that you actively provide to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message. We use this information to contact you and handle your request.

Retention period

We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which you provided it, and at most until 2 years after the last contact, unless legal retention obligations dictate otherwise.

Sharing with third parties

We do not share your data with third parties unless it is necessary for the execution of our services (for example, with a caterer for a request) or required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your data. To do so, send an email to info@meerberg.nl.

Registering for an activity

If you register for an activity at the estate, we ask for your name, email address, optionally your phone number, the number of places, and any remarks. We use this information to confirm your registration, keep you informed about payment and available places, and to compile the participant list.

The facilitator of that activity sees your details, because they welcome the participants and keep track of payment. The public calendar only shows numbers of places, never names. We keep registration details up to 12 months after the activity for our records, after which we delete them. If you would like to be erased sooner, send an email to info@meerberg.nl.
